My name is marysia

I was born and raised in Poland and I offer private Kundalini Yoga classes in NYC, North Fork, and The Hamptons.

In 2023, I completed a 200-hour Radiant Body Yoga Teacher Training Program with Kia Miller, and this year, I finished a 60-hour Prana and Pranayama program with the same teacher.

My passion for holistic well-being has led me to explore various courses, including a year-long program at the London School of Biodynamic Psychotherapy and studies in Biosynthesis with David Boadella, among others.

Through feedback on daily meditation practices from fellow yogis, I discovered that traditional silent meditation often leads to frustration and isolation.

Focusing solely on not thinking can draw us deeper into the chaos of the “monkey mind,” trapping us in repetitive thoughts. As Wilhelm Reich wisely stated, "The more you suppress, the more you repress." I have learned that integrating energetic breathing practices with mantras and mindful movement helps us stay centered in the present moment, allowing us to experience a sense of expanded possibilities and wholeness

Throughout my journey, I have been continually inspired by the profound connection between body, mind, and heart. As humans, we often prioritize intellect while neglecting the body’s wisdom that “whispers” to be heard.

While intellect can guide us, it can also overwhelm us, creating samskaras—harmful thoughts that lead to entrenched habits. Through consistent mantra practice, we can gradually make conscious changes at a subconscious level.

Kundalini Yoga has become the essential tool in my practice, bridging the gap I felt in my exploration of life.

I feel honored and grateful to share these teachings with my students and witness their unique journeys unfold.
